The successful candidate will act as the application owner for key housing systems, ensuring high performance, availability, security, and alignment with business objectives.This role combines people management, supplier management, application support, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for a professional with strong housing systems expertise and a passion for digital transformationKey Responsibilities:Own and manage core housing applications including:MRi Housing OneMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMTotalmobile ConnectAsprey Asset Management SystemEnsure system availability, performance, data integrity, and business continuity.Lead and develop a team of analysts, developers, trainers, and technical specialists.Manage incidents, service requests, root cause analysis (RCA), and service performance reporting.Oversee user access, licensing, permissions, GDPR compliance, and security controls.Manage supplier relationships, contracts, budgets, and application roadmaps.Deliver upgrades, enhancements, integrations, migrations, and digital transformation projects.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify ..... full job details .....
