Housing and Support Officer

What you''ll be doing You''ll work as part of a dedicated team, supporting clients daily to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes. Your role combines meaningful support work with practical housing management. Key responsibilities: Act as keyworker to named clients, helping them live as independently as possible Assist clients to meet personalised support plans and access community services Carry out housing management activities including rent collection and tenancy management Conduct risk assessments and health and safety checks Report maintenance issues and ensure client safety About you You''ll need passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills. Essential skills: Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet) If you have relevant experience working with vulnerable people or transferable skills, we''d like to hear from you.
