Location: Uxbridge, UB10 Job Type: Full-time Temp to Perm - 35hrs per week Salary: £15.76/hrAbout the RoleAs a Housing Support Officer, you will provide person-centred support to tenants living in supported accommodation, helping them achieve positive outcomes and maintain stable housing.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver regular one-to-one support sessions with tenantsDevelop and review support plans and risk assessmentsSupport tenants with budgeting, rent payments, and independent living skillsAssist tenants in accessing benefits, healthcare, training, and employment opportunitiesMaintain accurate support records and case notesLiaise with external agencies and partner organisationsConduct property visits and health and safety checksPromote independence, wellbeing, and tenant engagementWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum 1-2 years'' experience in supported housing or a similar roleExperience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needsGood understanding of safeguarding and tenancy sustainmentStrong communication and organisational skillsProactive, empathetic, and reliable approachWhat''s on Offer Weekly pay Supportive team environment Ongoing training and ..... full job details .....
