      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: 28500.00-28500.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Provide housing management and tenancy sustainment support to vulnerable tenants, ensuring safe, compliant accommodation and promoting independence while maintaining tenancy obligations. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage a caseload of properties and tenants, ensuring tenancies are sustained in line with agreements and company standards. 2. Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments, ensuring health and safety compliance and addressing maintenance issues promptly. 3. Monitor rent and service charge payments, proactively managing arrears and supporting tenants to maximise income and access benefits. 4. Provide person-centred tenancy support to tenants with complex needs, including mental health, learning and physical disabilities. 5. Work collaboratively with social care providers, local authorities, and external agencies to support tenant wellbeing and tenancy stability. 6.
