      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Join Homeless Oxfordshire and make a lasting difference to people experiencing homelessness. At Project 41, you will support individuals with complex needs to build stability, confidence and independence while working towards successful move-on into suitable accommodation. You will build trusting, trauma-informed relationships, create person-centred support plans and work closely with partner agencies including health, substance use, probation and social care services. You will play a key role in helping people overcome barriers, achieve their goals and take the next step towards independent living.
