Housing and Property Litigation ParalegalWe are partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Paralegal for the Housing and Property Litigation team. Based in Birmingham with hybrid working options.

OverviewThis role provides vital support to solicitors in a range of housing and property litigation matters. It offers an opportunity to gain high-quality experience in a top-ranked litigation team.

Responsibilities

Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of housing and property litigation files.

Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.

Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.

Liaising with clients, barristers, experts, and court staff.

Preparing trial bundles and supporting fee earners in hearings.

Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes.

Administrative support including file management and billing.

About You

A law degree (or equivalent) and ideally LPC/SQE (completed or in progress).

Previous paralegal experience (housing, property, or litigation experience highly desirable).

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

A genuine interest in housing and property law.

A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
