Role Summary:
BDS Recruitment are looking for 4 Disrepair Liaison Coordinators to support our clients Disrepair Lead in managing the delivery and performance of the disrepair service. This is a varied administrative and coordination role, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of queries and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Coordination

• Act as the first point of contact for contractors, front line staff, and internal colleagues regarding disrepair queries
• Redirect enquiries within the disrepair team to appropriate staff or escalation routes
• Support progress chasing and ensure updates are logged and responded to in a timely manner

Monitoring & Reporting

• Assist in gathering performance data and compiling KPI reports
• Collect, validate, and present information received from contractors and internal teams
• Support the monitoring of service delivery against the agreed specification

Administrative Support

• Prepare reports and present data in user-friendly formats for a variety of stakeholders
• Ensure internal systems and databases are accurately maintained
• Provide general administrative support to the Disrepair Lead and wider team

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor progress on key disrepair cases and follow up on outstanding actions

Person Specification:

Essential:

• Strong administrative and coordination background
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to queries professionally
• Experience producing reports or collating service data
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident user of MS Excel, Outlook, and internal database systems

Desirable:

• Knowledge of housing disrepair processes or experience in a social housing setting
• Familiarity with housing-related KPIs or service performance monitoring
