The Role Reporting to the Group Director of Homes and Communities, you will provide strategic leadership across housing operations, ensuring the delivery of customer-centric, tenure-blind housing management services. You will lead nationally dispersed operational teams and work collaboratively with fellow Customer Experience Directors to deliver Stonewater''s strategic priorities. You will be responsible for: Leading housing management, neighbourhood and community services, including tenancy management, anti-social behaviour and customer support services.
