Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 19.19 per hour

Responsibilities
The role encompasses supporting the ongoing restructuring of the service, with a strong emphasis on delivering cultural changes to enhance service quality. The successful candidate will work closely with 5 Team Leaders, who oversee a team of 25 Officers, to implement these changes effectively.
Person Specification
- Demonstrated experience in delivering cultural change is crucial.
- While in-depth knowledge of the Housing Wales Act is beneficial, it is not essential for this position.
- Flexibility to work a 4-day week on a pro-rata pay basis.
- Availability to be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
