In this role you will provide provide tailored support to individuals and families in temporary accommodation (TA) or at risk of losing their tenancies. The postholder will hold a caseload and work with those households in order to support them sustain their tenancy and obtain suitable positive solutions to their homelessness.   This role requires strong decision-making, risk awareness, and a solid understanding of housing legislation and tenancies in order to support vulnerable households whilst also protecting revenue streams.
