You will undertake housing needs assessments, develop personalised housing plans and explore a full range of housing options to help customers secure or retain suitable accommodation. The role will require you to apply the Homelessness Reduction Act, Part VII of the Housing Act 1996, associated Code of Guidance and relevant case law when assessing applications and determining the appropriate course of action.
