This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional to provide housing advice and support, carry out housing and homelessness assessments, manage a caseload and work closely with customers and other stakeholders. Key Duties Carry out housing and homelessness assessments in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. Manage an allocated caseload and ensure cases are progressed appropriately.
