Housekeeping Team Lead

Housekeeping Team leader Hull and East Riding Full time - 37.5 hours Permanent Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital are looking for a dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will assist the Head Housekeeping in supervising the housekeeping service. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout, according to hospital policiesDuties and responsibilities: - Supervise the day-to-day housekeeping duties - Manage key performance indicator figures - Ensure completion of time sheets - Maintain and develop a quality cleaning service with an emphasis on infection control - Implement induction training keeping with hospital policies and procedures - Ensure that accurate housekeeping cleaning records are kept Who we''re looking for: - Previous experience in hospitality and/or housekeeping in a similar capacity - Line management/supervisory experience - Good knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety regulations would be beneficial - You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate well with other members of staff and patients in a professional manner - Capable of working on own initiative and with a methodical approach to work - Flexible to work various shift patterns (early mornings, days, and evenings) and days across Monday-Sunday.
