Your calm, practical approach will help the team feel confident and supported, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and care.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring cleaning standards and service levels are consistently metTrain and guide team members, helping them feel confident, capable and clear in their responsibilitiesPlan daily schedules and allocate tasks effectively, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on timeInspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentationMonitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements when requiredLiaise closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfactionReport any maintenance, health or safety concerns promptly and accuratelyEnsure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety ..... full job details .....
