Housekeeping Supervisor

Cygnet Hospital Godden Green provides specialist acute and PICU services for women We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to provide hands on general cleaning and housekeeping duties at the Hospital as well as leading the housekeeping team, which will include regular staff supervision, rota management, time sheets, sickness records and annual leave requests. You will work 35 per week over across 7 days, the shift times are 8am to 3pm and this includes working every other weekend. Your role will include: Ensure all housekeeping services are maintained to a high standardProvide a cleaning and general housekeeping serviceConduct regular staff supervisionEnsure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness Carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes Replenish stock and ensure that equipment is clean and well maintainedEmploy safe working practices and adhere to health and safety proceduresComply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulationsMonitor the level of service provided against the agreed standards for the department and perform audits of operational activities when required.
