An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star luxury country house hotel in Wiltshire, part of the Emblems Collection. This is a genuine management position within a beautiful luxury operation, offering the opportunity to lead a substantial housekeeping team while developing your career within one of the UK''s leading country house hotels. What you''ll be doing as Housekeeping Supervisor: Reporting directly to the Executive Head Housekeeper, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the housekeeping operation, leading a team of around 25 to 30 colleagues and ensuring consistently exceptional standards across bedrooms, suites and public areas. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be visible on the floor, supporting and developing your team, carrying out inspections, managing daily allocations and ensuring every detail meets the standards expected within a 5-star luxury environment. What We''re Looking For In A Housekeeping Supervisor: We are looking for an experienced housekeeping professional who: Has previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a quality hotel environment Understands the demands of a luxury 4 or 5-star operation Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on Has an exceptional eye for detail and high standards Is confident motivating, coaching and supporting a team Takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience Is organised, reliable and comfortable ..... full job details .....
