and we want you to be part of that journey.We are now seeking a passionate and proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of our stunning apartments and communal spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in service, inspires their team, and loves being part of something meaningful.What Youll Be Doing:Leading and motivating a small housekeeping team to deliver immaculate holiday let changeoversManaging rotas, productivity, and scheduling for the housekeeping functionEnsuring all apartments and communal areas are maintained to exceptional standardsCollaborating with the General Manager on health and safety, inventory, budgets, and SOPsRepresenting Tors Park when meeting guests and residents

ll Bring:Minimum 3 years'' experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management roleA sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for high standards and great serviceStrong understanding of health and safety, compliance, and hospitality best practicesAble to plan and organise your teams day efficiently and effectivelyPositive, calm under pressure, and self-motivatedA hands-on approach
