Housekeeping Manager Location: Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 3BE Salary: £16.21 per hour + Benefits! Contract: Full time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm, five days out of seven (including some required weekends). We operate 124 sheltered flats for assisted living, all with 24 hour warden support, and a 44 bed care home offering residential care for frail elderly people and for those living with dementia. We are now recruiting for a Housekeeping Manager to take responsibility for managing the housekeeping and laundry services within the home, leading a dedicated housekeeping team! You will ensure robust infection control practices, and work closely with residents, families and colleagues to create a clean, safe and homely living environment. This is very much a hands-on management role, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong leadership and a compassionate approach. As our Housekeeping Manager, you will: Lead and supervise the housekeeping and laundry team, ensuring high cleaning standards across the home.
