Housekeeping Manager

Essentia, part of Guy''s and St Thomas'' NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the implementation and operational delivery of housekeeping and rapid response services across the Trust''s estate. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Housekeeping, the role will translate legal, national and Trust requirements into safe, compliant and effective operational practice, while providing expert leadership to site-based teams. Guy''s and St Thomas'' NHS Foundation Trust is one of the country''s largest and busiest NHS trusts, comprising Guy''s, St Thomas'', Evelina London Children''s Hospital, Royal Brompton and Harefield, alongside community services in Lambeth and Southwark. The Housekeeping Manager will lead the implementation of housekeeping standards, operating procedures, performance measures and local audit regimes across the GSTT estate.
