Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant Salary: £13.35 per hour Hours:Full time and part time hours Welwyn Grange is set within the heart of the community in Welwyn Garden City, we bring a fresher approach to residential, nursing and support. If you are fed up with working late nights and every weekend - a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant with us could be right for you We have a vacancy for a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant who takes real pride in ensuring their work is always completed to our high standards. Working as part of a team, you will maintain the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of each resident and handle their possessions with due care and respect. As a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for: laundering and ironing our residents clothing, putting it away tidily and ensuring wardrobes and drawers are always clean and neat, and repairing clothing where necessary maintaining linen stocks for day to day use ensuring that all areas of our home, including public areas and our resident s rooms are clean, and our high standards are met at all times.
