Your role will involve managing pre-arrival setups, during-stay services, and departure cleaning, while maintaining cleanliness in various areas and following health and safety procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain assigned properties to the highest standards, ensuring they are always guest-ready.Maintain cleanliness in hallways, staircases, lifts, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas using appropriate products and equipment.Run water outlets regularly to prevent legionella growth, record results, and report fluctuations.Periodically turn mattresses and manage pre-arrival, during-stay, and departure cleaning.Secure properties, ensuring alarms are correctly set and only authorised individuals enter.Report maintenance issues and discrepancies in laundry or other services to your supervisor.Assist with stock takes, monitor equipment, and ensure timely replacements.Maintain crockery, cutlery, and table linen, and report damages.Fulfil guest requests promptly, manage food orders, and care for house pets or children when ..... full job details .....
