Main responsibilities: Sweep, clean & mop all internal areas, including windows where accessible, and clean out bin stores and ensure bins are ready for collection as necessary Undertake void property clearance and cleaning works to a clear and specific specification Cleaning resident bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas Laundry Services Request and monitor repairs to communal areas Undertake bulk waste and garden clearance works from communal areas as requested Health and Safety and Fire Safety inspections If you are immediately available and hold an enhanced DBS please apply now!
