Live-out housekeeper with with light touch secretarial responsibilities
Location:-Private estate, central Shrewsbury

Salary:1720 per hour (-40,000 - -47,000 per year dependant on experience (plus overtime)
Hours:-45 Hours per week plus overtime; typically (Apply online only), with occasional demand for weekend work dependant on client schedule
Experience:-at least 3 year in a similar role as a private house keeper or as a manager within a high end care home /luxury hotel / similar hospitality setting.
An exceptional and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, discreet and experienced housekeeper/manager with light touch secretarial duties relevant to the household to oversee and manage the running of a single occupied but frequently busy, luxury 10-12 bedroom private property in the centre of Shrewsbury town centre, working with a frequently traveling CEO of a London based business who is often away based between London and Shrewsbury.
This role requires a professional individual with wide ranging experience who can maintain a high standard of cleanliness with the assistance (and management of) of a second part-time cleaner and grounds staff / contractors. You will be responsible for the overall care, upkeep and presentation of the property and ensuring that the home operates efficiently at all times. - Daily and deep cleaning of the home to a high standard, maintain household schedules
- Laundry, making beds, ironing (mostly outsourced besides occasional shirt) and wardrobe management
- Organise household appointments and liaise with maintenance, contractors and service providers

- -Booking of personal appointments/diary management of the homeowner

- -Assist with dinner party preparation and events held at the property

- -Maintain guest relations, overseeing their stay

- -Occasional house sitting

- -Pack and unpack suitcase for homeowner when required

- -Attend vet and grooming appointments (must be comfortable with dogs - medium sized)

Requirements and personal attributes:
- Proven experience and track record in a similar house management / luxury hospitality setting

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
