Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and-bathrooms

• Change bed linen, towels, and replenish amenities

• Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitise all required surfaces

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

• Follow cleaning schedules and daily task lists

• Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are tidy, stocked, and organised

• Handle lost property according to hotel policy

• Work efficiently to meet room turnaround targets while maintaining quality
