The successful candidate will be instrumental in assessing and managing householder and minor planning applications and other related matters.Day-to-day of the role:Assess, review, negotiate, seek amendments, evaluate, and make recommendations on householder and minor planning applications, enquiries, appeals, and other related matters in accordance with all relevant regulations, legislation, policy, and professional standards.Maintain accurate records of all planning activities.Provide advice and information regarding planning applications, enforcement, and related matters.Assist in the implementation and monitoring of supplementary planning documents, policy notes, development briefs, and other planning documents.Provide technical support to Planning Officers and Principal Planning Officers.Contribute to the Planning Service priorities, performance indicators, and service improvements....
