House Leader - Supported Accomodation

At The Beehive Project, our mission is to support young people from various backgrounds, including those with mental health concerns, care leavers, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASCs), and individuals transitioning from residential care back into the community. We focus on fostering independence and personal responsibility, providing tailored services that empower young people with the skills, resilience, and support needed to make informed decisions that positively shape their futures. The Beehive Project offers a range of accommodation options designed to support young people aged 16-25 at different stages of their journey toward independence.The RoleThe House Leader will be responsible for leading and supporting young people with diverse abilities many of whom may have experienced trauma or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in a supportive living environment. Our client''s supported living accommodation properties offer a range of support, from high needs through to a move on model, all of which are designed with the young people at their heart and to ensure they develop the skills necessary for independent living.This role requires a trauma-informed approach, providing compassionate, hands-on assistance while promoting safety, stability, and empowerment.
