This is a part-time, permanent position reporting directly to the House Manager.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a private household environment and can manage a variety of administrative and personal tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise and coordinate incoming post and returns on behalf of the principalManage a range of personal and household-related administrative tasksMaintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive informationLiaise with household staff, suppliers, and external service providersSupport with personal projects and ad hoc errands as requiredProvide general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activitiesWork closely with and support the House ManagerRequirementsProven experience as an Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar roleExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentialityAbility to multitask effectively and prioritise workloadFlexible and adaptable to changing requirementsFull UK driving licence and own transport (essential due to location)Up-to-date DBS certificateDesirableExperience working within a private household or supporting ..... full job details .....
