This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 12-month Double Handed Care Review Project, with the potential for extension.The RoleWorking alongside the Review Team, you will assess adults with existing double-handed care packages to ensure that:Occupational Therapy needs are fully assessed and met.Care packages remain appropriate and proportionate.Moving and handling practices are safe, effective, and promote independence wherever possible.Recommendations support individuals to achieve the best possible outcomes.This role offers a mixture of community-based work, office attendance, and some home working.Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist within Adult Social Care.Strong moving and handling assessment experience.Availability to start immediately.Working ArrangementsHybrid working with some working from home available.Office attendance required at Hounslow House, TW3 3EB.Compressed working hours will be considered.IT equipment will be provided ..... full job details .....
