This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef with hotel, events, or large-scale catering experience to join a well-established hospitality environment. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining exceptional food quality, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and team supervision.Assist with menu preparation, food production, and maintaining high-quality standards.Manage stock control, food costs, portion control, and minimise waste.Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health and safety standards.Support kitchen training and team development.Maintain excellent standards across all food service operations.About You:Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a hotel, events, or large-scale catering environment.Alternatively, strong Senior Chef de Partie experience looking for the next step.Level 2 Food Safety in Catering qualification preferred.Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.Passionate about delivering high-quality food and service.Benefits:Salary up to 40,000 depending on ..... full job details .....
