Main duties and responsibilities: You must be an outgoing and friendly person and possess good communication skills. Previous experience of Front of House Systems would be an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate. You will be required to assist in the day-to-day running of the reception area, answering calls, handling guest enquiries, checking guests in and out, taking reservations. You will work closely with other hotel departments, especially housekeeping, to ensure rooms are ready for guests to check in.
