Hotel Operations Manager

Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, and leading a high-performing management team. This is a hands-on role that includes managing hotel operations, overseeing events, and supporting operational shifts, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is between 38,000 and 40,000 plus tips. The role will include an element of shift work, running and managing events, so this may mean early starts and late finishes. Main responsibilities for the Hotel Operations Manager are: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved. Implement and maintain effective operational procedures across all hotel departments. Support the delivery of the hotel''s strategic objectives while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue. Take responsibility for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager. Analyse guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop department managers and their teams. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management across the hotel. ..... full job details .....
