Hotel Operations Manager

Operations Manager Location: Liverpool The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Hotel Operations Manager to join a hotel in London. This is a senior leadership position for an accomplished hospitality professional who understands what it takes to deliver exceptional guest experiences, high operational standards and strong commercial results. You will take responsibility for the hotel''s smooth day-to-day operation, working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to drive performance, develop people, and continuously improve the guest journey. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring consistently high standards across all departments. Lead, motivate and develop departmental managers and operational teams. Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and ensure outstanding service standards. Monitor and improve operational KPIs, productivity and profitability. Take responsibility for budgets, cost control, labour management and operational performance. Work closely with the General Manager and senior management team on business strategy and operational planning. Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, employment and operating standards. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where required.
