KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter within the Skills and Employability sectors.Role: Hotel Management Trainer / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified Assessor opportunity)Are you an experienced Hotel Manager or Reception Manager looking to move into Assessing/Training?Full training and support will be provided to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training if you''re new to assessing.Location: Home/Field based - covering Leeds, Sheffield and surrounding areas (travel required mileage paid from home)Salary: 29,100 - 31,200 (dependent on qualifications)Package: Excellent holiday entitlement, mileage and additional benefits.Type: Full-time PermanentEssential RequirementsManagement experience within a hotel environment, ideally Front of House or Reception.Hands-on operational experience across Reception, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage.Experience preparing fresh food from scratch.Ideally hold a Level 2 qualification (or above) in Hospitality (e.g. Food and Beverage, Food Production, Reception, Housekeeping or Team Leading).Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.Flexible with travel.The Role:Deliver Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards at Levels 2 and 3, including Front of House, Reception, Reservations, Food and Beverage and Food Production (plus Back of House qualifications where competent).Deliver training through a blended approach, combining remote learning with workplace visits.Manage a caseload of learners, conducting reviews, providing coaching and ..... full job details .....
