The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and communal areas are maintained to an exceptional standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest. Particular attention will be paid to bed presentation, room cleanliness, and the replenishment of guest amenities.Key Responsibilities of the Hotel Cleaner / Housekeeper: Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.Make and dress beds to an exceptional standard, ensuring a professional and luxurious presentation.Replenish guest amenities, refreshments, toiletries, towels, and housekeeping supplies as required.Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces throughout guest and communal areas.Check rooms thoroughly to ensure they are guest-ready and meet hotel quality standards.Remove waste, replace bin liners, and maintain cleanliness throughout the property.Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to management.Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.Work efficiently to ensure rooms are serviced within required timescales while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
