We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at a beautiful 4* hotel near Wokingham. The Chef de Partie will assist in the preparation and service of food on their given section for multiple outlets, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

The PlaceOur client is a 4*, 92 bedroom hotel with conference, meeting and wedding spaces set within an elegant Victorian mansion house, surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside on the outskirts of Wokingham.

The Person

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:

- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen as a Chef de Partie- Experience in banqueting would be beneficial- A creative approach to seasonally changing menus and a busy multi outlet operation- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.- True team spirit, enthusiasm and the right attitude will go a long way!The ability to run a section- Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.- Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.

As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Wokingham, having reliable means of transport to this area is essential.
