Demi Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie Devon Up to £33,500 per year Permanent Live-in available (£78 per week) A leading luxury seafront hotel in Devon is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in a high-quality environment with a strong focus on consistency and guest experience. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for running their own section and supporting the wider brigade during service. This role suits a reliable and organised Chef de Partie who is confident working independently and maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities: Run your own section during service Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard Cover 2 breakfast shifts per week (cooked to order) Support junior members of the kitchen team Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie Confident managing your own section Experience cooking breakfast to order Good organisation and teamwork skills Passion for quality food and consistency This Chef de Partie role offers a stable, permanent position within a well-established luxury hotel.
