This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of hot tubs and swim spas. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing. Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults. Testing pumps, heaters, control systems, circulation systems and filtration equipment. Water testing and chemical balancing where required. Completing breakdown repairs and emergency call-outs. Providing customers with operational guidance and product demonstrations.
