Salary is c 40-48,000 per annum plus holidays, pension etc. The role is initially working Monday - Friday days but will change into a 3 set shift pattern. About the Hot End / Cold End Operator role: This role would suit someone with previous hands-on experience working within glass manufacturing, ideally with exposure to the hot end, cold end, forming and/or packaging processes. You will have a good understanding of working within a fast-paced, highly controlled production environment where quality, safety and consistency are essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable working to strict procedures and will understand the importance of maintaining high standards throughout the production process. Previous experience working within an environment operating to ISO standards and stringent quality requirements is essential.
