Hostel Manager

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for supporting people experiencing homelessness? We''re recruiting a Hostel Manager to help lead a busy homelessness service, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support that empowers individuals to achieve sustainable housing and positive life outcomes.Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, provide supervision and support to frontline staff, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
