What you''ll be doing...As a Waiting Person, you will be the face of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional customer service to guests in a warm and professional manner. You will ensure each customer has a welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu choices
Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the ordering system
Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring quality presentation and timing
Respond to customer requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, including tables and service stations
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
Process payments accurately and handle customer transactions with care
Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
What can you bring?
A passion for great customer service and creating positive guest experiences
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication and time management skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn and adapt with a can-do attitude
