Hospitality Team Leader
A long standing client of ours are looking for a Hospitality Team leader to join their well established team and provide excellent service to their hospitality sector.Responsibilities include:Overseeing the Hospitality TeamCommunicating goals and deadlines to team membersUpdating spreadsheets with installation information, service requirements and completion informationPlanning workloads and delegating tasksAssisting with the daily operation of the Service deskPerforming customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions, also attending weekly meetingsProviding teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes Ensuring customer SLAs are met within required deadlinesCustomer Reporting and Invoicing on a weekly basisAssisting with any other admin tasks within the teamSkills and Experience:Excellent Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft packagesGood national geographical knowledge desirable but not essentialPrevious Team Leader/ Leadership role desirableAble to think fast and problem solve efficiently Extremely good attention to detailGreat customer service Excellent telephone manner and communication skillsGood organisation ..... full job details .....
