We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Farnham House, Stevenage.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day front of house operation across breakfast and lunch services.Supervise, support, and motivate front of house team members.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high presentation standards.Manage till operations and cash handling procedures.Take responsibility for stock ordering, monitoring, and monthly stock counts.Operate and oversee the coffee bar, including Barista duties.Replenish retail displays, vending machines, and refrigerators.Ensure food safety, health and safety, and compliance standards are maintained.Complete daily paperwork, due diligence records, and operational checks.Support the Chef Manager in achieving operational and financial targets.About YouPrevious supervisory experience within hospitality, catering, retail, or food service.Strong customer service and communication skills.Experience with stock control and cash handling.Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Barista ..... full job details .....
