HOLIDAY PAY
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Supervisor to join our clients busy education site in Cardiff on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in catering or hospitality, who is passionate about delivering excellent service within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily hospitality and catering operations on site
Lead and support a team to ensure smooth service delivery
Organise and oversee hospitality for meetings, events, and functions within the school/university
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health andamp; safety standards are met at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control
Provide hands-on support during busy service periods
Liaise with clients, staff, and students to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, or a similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and health andamp; safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
