Hospitality Supervisor

We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Supervisor to join a high-quality residential and dementia care home in the Waterlooville and Denmead area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality, hotel management, catering management or a similar customer-focused environment who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards of service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day hospitality operations within the home, ensuring residents, families and visitors receive a consistently welcoming, professional and enjoyable experience. The Role As Hospitality Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring all hospitality services operate smoothly and to a high standard. You will oversee areas including dining service, catering standards, housekeeping, customer service and hospitality support for events and functions. You will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and wider care home team to ensure residents are comfortable, their individual needs and preferences are respected, and the environment remains clean, welcoming and well maintained.
