This is a genuine new-business role focused on identifying hospitality employers with recruitment needs and converting those opportunities into paid managed recruitment campaigns. Choose your territory The successful candidate will choose one region to own and develop: Greater London South East South West Midlands North East North West Yorkshire You will not be expected to cover the entire country. We want you to focus on your chosen territory, understand the hospitality businesses within it and progressively build your own client base and pipeline. What will you be selling? E Junior provides a managed recruitment campaign service to employers that need to recruit but don''t necessarily have the time or internal recruitment resources to manage the complete process themselves. Rather than simply introducing one candidate and charging a traditional agency placement fee, we can manage the recruitment campaign from beginning to end.
