Role Purpose

To ensure the seamless planning and execution of food and beverage services within the Suites, overseeing all suite levels, kitchen, pantry, and bar service teams.

To achieve operational standards that surpass guest expectations through strong leadership and effective management.

To deliver a premier catering product and service to clients and customers within the suites.

To fully embody Levy Restaurants'' vision and values by creating and living the Levy Difference through delivering Legendary Experiences and Powerful Partnerships.

Key Skills and Experience

Extensive experience in a demanding hospitality environment (essential)

Nice and approachable with good interpersonal skills (essential)

Experience of managing front of house teams and complex service delivery (essential)

Effective communication skills

London market experience (essential)

A high degree of IT proficiency (essential)

Excellent command of English language and basic numeracy skills (essential)

Ability to lead others

Engaging, enthusiastic and motivated (essential)
