An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume hospitality operation with an established reputation for quality, service and customer experience.

With responsibility for a restaurant serving up to 290 covers and a team of approximately 50 employees, this is a significant leadership position offering the opportunity to influence standards, performance and the overall direction of the operation.

Working closely with the Head Chef and wider management team, the successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards across service delivery, operational performance and team engagement.

This role is ideally suited to an accomplished Restaurant Manager who has a proven record of delivering results within a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in creating well-run, high-performing operations.

• Oversee the daily operation of a high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure exceptional standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Lead, manage and develop a large hospitality team.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong levels of compliance across health & safety, food safety and company procedures.
• Support recruitment, training and succession planning.
• Drive consistency, accountability and operational excellence throughout the restaurant.

• Experienced in managing busy hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Comfortable leading sizeable teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially aware, organised and highly professional.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• Able to maintain high standards while creating a positive working environment.
• Confident implementing improvements and seeing them through to completion.
• A track record of delivering results and improving performance within previous roles.
