highly organised, proactive, and passionate Hospitality and Events manager

to join our innovative,cool, people-first, forward thinking team . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety

from managing corporate events to delivering intimate supper clubs and elegant fine dining banquets.Youll be at the helm of operations, owning every detail of event execution. From canapé receptions to seated banquets, you''ll ensure that every element runs flawlessly

working closely with both your team and the client every step of the way. Using only the best produce and with evolving seasonal menus, this is great opportunity for a General manager with events experience looking for a better work life balance or an Events manager looking for a slower pace of life but will all the operations responsibilities.Your Role Will Include:

Lead event operations from end to end , ensuring smooth setup, outstanding service, and efficient breakdown.

Coordinate all logistics

including pack lists, drinks stock, linen hire, disposables, and service plans.

Refine and document systems

in a clear and practical Handbook to support consistency and growth.

Organise and manage a trusted freelance and agency team , ensuring everyone is briefed and confident in their roles.

Train teams in fine dining and high-end service standards , lead event briefings, and uphold exceptional quality.

Own the details , with a strong focus on due diligence, compliance, and preparation

even during quieter weeks.

Act as the calm, professional point of contact for clients , communicating clearly and confidently at every stage.

Support off-site events

(2nd Location)

Stay in sync with HQ , sharing updates, insights, and opportunities for improvement regularly.

What Were Looking For:

A confident, hands-on leader with a natural flair for organising and running polished, high-impact events

Proven experience in events operations, with exposure to both corporate and bespoke private events and

(Historic venus bonus but not essential)

A strong service background with a passion for excellence, detail, and guest satisfaction

Calm under pressure, with outstanding

communication skills

and a solutions-first approach

Immediate availability and happy to work flexible hours (approx. 30 event hours/week with some variation)
