Hospitality Manager – B&I, EC2 London £45k Monday - Friday

This is fantastic opportunity for a passionate and customer focused Hospitality Manager. Overseeing the hospitality and fine dining department at this corporate company, the focus is on providing an outstanding guest service and experience.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day foodservice operations
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff
• Supervising food and beverage operations as well as hands on
• Designing and implementing staff training programs
• Working alongside the GM to ensure workplace fosters a culture of hospitality and creativity

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Hospitality Supervisor or Manager with a proven track record
• Strong communication skills ensuring excellent interactions with both clients and team members
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in overseeing Hospitality operations
• Ability to lead, train and develop a team elevate service standards
• Attention to detail, adaptability and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
• Relevant certifications in hospitality management or food and beverage services will be an advantage
