Hospitality Assistant

The Opportunity Global Highland are looking for a friendly, capable and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our client at a beautiful private country estate near Inverness. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-quality rural environment and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality and service. Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the estate and provide a warm, discreet and professional service to guests and visitors during events at the estate. This role is for 6 long weekends over September, October and November with accommodation available if required. First required weekend Wednesday 30th September until Sunday 3rd October 2026 Key Responsibilities Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments Providing attentive table and guest service Helping with housekeeping and preparing guest accommodation Setting up and clearing rooms for meals and events Assisting with functions, private dinners and special occasions Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Helping with general estate hospitality duties as required Working closely with the wider estate team to ensure guests have an excellent experience Candidate Requirements Friendly, personable and confident around guests Well presented and professional Reliable, organised and willing to be hands-on Comfortable working as part of a small team Flexible and able to adapt to ..... full job details .....
